Founded in 1999, by Prasad Deole and Capt. Swaminahan, Z-BAC Adventure resort Kolad is spread across 21 acres of serene property located next to a lake and a reserve forest. Z-BAC is the leading destination for corporate outbound events, Team building events, Adventure and trekking events. Z-BAC has 30 plus water & land adventure and outbound team activities within the 21 acre campus. Z-BAC has truly revolutionized the traditional office picnics and off-sites using adventure and team bonding as its pillars.

ZBAC Adventure Resort was founded with 1 acre and 5 Non-Ac Huts.

2005

AC Cottages and AC Conference rooms added for Corporate events

Retained all resort employees on full pay through Covid shutdown with no lay-offs

Wall of Love

Toyo engineering keeps coming to ZBAC for having team building interventions. We have sent multiple batches who have loved raft building race in ZBAC's private lake. In last year's offsite we held a 3 hour treasure hunt across Kolad which was very well organized. Mr. Prasad Deole ( Founder - Director of ZBAC) usually leads the interventions.

Every year CIRS, Coimbatore sends 50-100 top IB students for a personality development with adventure camp. Kids loved both the food and adventure activities

We conducted our annual employee offsite at ZBAC and it was an experience everyone still remembers as if it was yesterday.

The way in which ZBAC conducted the entire team building picnic was remarkable. Everyone did six adventure activities, Raft Building race being employee favorite

Psychometric tool based workshops are regularly conducted by Mr. Prasad Deole for our top level management. FIRO-V, BELBIN-UK, DISC-USA are a few tools used in the training programs. We always have too much fun along with adventure activities that challenge our thinking clubbed together with delicious home cooked meals make ZBAC the perfect L&D center.

Orchid - We held our school picnics consisting of 387 students ranging from class 6th to 9th . The food was delicious and ZBAC managed the entire picnic excellently considering the large batch size. ZBAC's private waterfall and lake are truly mesmerising and is a must for school children from 5th standard and above.

We have hosted multiple offsite related to team building, leadership development and corporate training offsite at ZBAC every year.

Gunnebo also keeps inviting Mr. Prasad Deole (Founder - Director of ZBAC) for various training interventions Pan India.

Our team had the best time at ZBAC. They had adventure activities like water zipline and jungle trek which pushed us out of our comfort zone in the best possible way. The team building excersises, mainly raft building race was thoughtfully planned and we departed feeling more motivated and connected with each other. Highly recommended for any corporate retreat and we look forward to our next year's offsite.

The activities conducted and the insights have really made our team stronger. The five C team building module conducted by ZBAC has truly helped transformed the productivity and helped remove internal conflicts.

Our social group of friends came to ZBAC for our weekend gateway and it exceeded all our expectations! We did 30 adventure activities in our 2 night stay trip. 2 of our friends got their pet dogs along. The adventure staff was so accommodative that they let our doggos tag along for the adventure activities. They only took a deposit for the dogs which was returned before we checked out. The rooms which we took had huge balconies as we got sheesha and some of us were smoking.

ZBAC offers the perfect blend for a team building offsite. The resort staffs is extremely friendly, well trained and are very helpful. We loved the fact that the ZBAC planned included all our meals, all our adventure activities, stay and transportation as a one stop shop solution for our corporate needs..

Visited zbac with my college gang. We did rappelling, rifle shooting and visited their private waterfall . The staff made everything easy and were helpful. Cant wait to plan our next trip.

We organised an award show at ZBAC and it was an unforgettable experience. We did kayaking in their private lake during sunset which was truly relaxing and view was breathtaking throughout the evening. The short hike on day two morning to ZBAC's private waterfall was unexpected but the most fun. A few participants who had a late night after the awards alcohol party missed this waterfall and truly regretted it after seeing the photos.
